Sharing a bigpicture
To share a bigpicture go to the bigpicture you want to share and click on the menu button (three dots) and then click on "share"
- Specific people: To share it with specific people add their names on the "add email" section and separate them with a "comma" if you would like to share it with more than one person. Click save once you are ready adding the emails
- A team: To share it with a team you can do that by adding the team tag. Click save once you are ready adding the emails
- Wider audience: If you would like to share it with a wider audience turn on the "public link" and share the URL link.
- Bigpictures is a container of apps that displays information from external software. The access to some software can´t be overridden by Bigpictures or any other software. For that, you will need to have public or specific access directly from the software source.
When you share a bigpicture or a folder it will send an email notification and will automatically show in the shared section (menu on the left) of every user you share it with.
If you share a bigpicture or a folder with a new user to Bigpictures this will automatically create a new user to your workspace.
